2015-10-12 09:00

During the opening ceremony of the second phase of the Alchemia investment project in Gdańsk on 2 October, the next phase of the project, which has been started recently, was presented. The H-shaped building will have 14 storeys, 11 of them dedicated to office space. With a total office area of approximately 36,000 m² and a typical office storey area of 3,000 m², it will be the largest free-standing office building in Northern Poland. There will also be retail and service establishments located across 2,000 m² to expand the existing range of recreational, sports and catering services (phase 1) and medical services (phase 2, ongoing). Four storeys, two overground and two underground, will be used for parking spaces. Thanks to the H-shape of the building, the office space will facilitate the most effective design solutions while providing the optimum level of daylight. The Alchemia phase 3 building has been named ARGON, after the next chemical element following Aurum Platinum (the phase 1office towers), and Ferrum and Titanium (the phase 2 office towers). Thanks to its location at the junction of Grunwaldzka Street and Kołobrzeska Street, the positioning of this building will be the most advantageous of the entire complex. Its distinctive feature, a lamp-like illuminated glass corner, will lend it a touch of lightness and give it a timeless quality.
