The “New Motlawa” on the Granary Island will start operating at the Beginning of 20172016-02-18 09:00
In the revitalised Granary Island in Gdansk at Jaglana street, the first stage of the modern New Motlawa complex, which refers in its architecture to the historical buildings of the Island, is under construction. The final commission date of the investment was scheduled for January 2017. The final Nowa Motława complex will comprise five interconnected 7 and 8 storey buildings with 298 housing units and the Number One Aparthotel with 174 apartments sold in condo system. The offer includes both single-room and double-room fully furnished and fitted hotel apartments with areas
of 22 to 42 m2. The offer is designed for people who wish to securely invest in the real estate market, and also gain very competitive returns. The investors, who will become owners of the condominiums, will receive a return on the capital invested on a regular basis. At the same time, the investor receives a guaranteed annual return of no less than 5% of the capital invested for the following 15 years.
