Olivia Tower is a 15-storey building in the Olivia Business Centre complex, commissioned in the first quarter of 2013. The total area available for rent is 14,241 m2 and the typical floor area per unit is 1,080 m2. Olivia Business Centre is the largest business and office complex in northern Poland. The Kartuska Commercial Centre is a two-storey building for office and service use that offers modern spaces from 50 m2. City Office II is the planned second phase in the construction of the modern buildings complex located at Trzy Lipy street in Gdańsk. In the five-storey complex of office and service premises in the B+ class, around 730 m2 of modern office-retail area was designed. The area of a typical floor shall amount to around 170 m2, with the possibility of dividing it into smaller modules. The office building will offer space arrangements adjusted to the needs of tenants, as well as advanced telecommunications, security, ventilation and air-conditioning solutions.
