Olivia Star is the next stage in the construction of the Olivia Business Centre complex to be completed. It will be a 38-storey building with a total area available for rent of 45,690 m2. The Olivia Star building is going to be the tallest building in northern Poland, with the top floor at over 150 m above the ground and offering an open access viewing platform and a conference centre. Olivia Business Centre is the largest business and office complex in northern Poland. Today it has 73,000 m2 of AA class office space for rent out of an eventual 170,000 m2 planned. The centre has been systematically expanding since 2010, with one new building being constructed every year. The buildings finished to date are the Olivia Gate, Point, Tower, Four and Six, surrounding an internal patio with greenery and elements of landscape architecture.
