Building status existing
Description Constructed in 2003, Krzywy Domek is one of the most original buildings in Poland as well as being the showpiece of Sopot. The appearance of the building has been influenced by the fairy tale-like drawings of Jan Marcin Szancer and Per Dahlberg, as well as the designs of Gaudi. Its attractiveness is enhanced by its excellent location and functionality. The building has been finished to a high standard: porcelain floor tiles, mahogany wood windows and doors and three elevators, one of them panoramic. Apart from the offices, the building accommodates: a shopping arcade, cafés, restaurants, medical facilities, beauty salons and music clubs. There are four entrances to the building, including one on Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street. The tenants have underground parking spaces available.
Location The building is located in the very centre of Sopot, at the junction of Bohaterów Monte Cassino and Haffnera streets. During the holiday season, it is one of the most visited tourist destinations of the Tricity. Prestigious brand stores in the neighbourhood testify to the high attractiveness of the location.
Nearby Promenade: Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street, SKM and PKP railway stations, public transport stops, Zdrojowy Square, pier, beach, church, restaurants, cafés, commercial and service points.
