Description The New Centre of Sopot is a multi-purpose stylish complex, housing an office and retail centre, municipal multimedia library, passenger service centre – Sopot PKP/SKM railway station and a hotel. The central part of the complex is a well-developed promenade closed to vehicle traffic and featuring street furniture, urban greenery and an interactive fountain, as well as outdoor café and restaurant gardens. Gross leasable area: 9,500 m², office area: 2,100 m², hotel area:
2,000 m². The project also involves modernisation of the local transport network, including the construction of an underground car park for 240 vehicles. The New Centre of Sopot is a unique complex designed to meet the needs of the many thousands of visitors to the city, as well as residents of Sopot and the whole Tri-City metropolitan area. The project was completed in Q4 2015.
Location The project is located in the inner centre of Sopot, between Podjazd Street, Kościuszki Street and Kolejowa Street, directly on Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street.
